电液振动台系统建模及仿真模型应用

摘要
以伺服阀非线性建模为核心,利用MATLAB/SIMULINK建立的电液振动台非线性仿真模型,在与某型号地震模拟振动台实验对比中,仿真出了该系统在某些频段内存在的加速度波形失真趋势,且具有一定的准确性。仿真模型在离心场中电液振动台设计方面的应用表明:量化直观的仿真结果为系统参数设计和优化提供了重要参考;仿真系统为波形失真消除方案设计、控制算法研究和系统参数优化提供了良好的仿真平台。
In this paper,the nonlinear simulation model of the electro-hydraulic shaker was established by MATLAB/ SIMULINK software.The nonlinear modeling of servo valve is the technical kernel,and the model simulates the distortion trend of acceleration waveform in certain frequency bands.Comparing with result of the earthquake simulation shaker,the simulation result obtains favorable conformability with the experimental one.The application of this simulation model to design of electro-hydraulic shaker in centrifuge indicates that:the simulation result provides significant reference for system parameter design and optimization;the simulation system provides favorable simulation platform for eliminating waveform distortions,studying control algorithm,and optimizing the system parameter.
