绵竹市住宅房屋震损特点及鉴定关键问题

摘要

四川汶川5.12大地震及其后的多次余震使绵竹市各类住宅房屋均受到了不同程度的震损.在分析归纳所完成的绵竹市震损住宅房屋安全鉴定工作的基础上,结合相关规程规范,分析总结了绵竹市住宅房屋的震损特点及原因,主要包括砌体结构、混凝土框架结构、底框-砌体结构、局部底框-砌体结构("家带店"结构)4种典型结构类型,讨论了鉴定过程中几个关键问题的处理原则,给出简要的鉴定实例,可供震损房屋鉴定及加固设计参考.
In 5·12 Wenchuan earthquake and its numerous aftershocks,all kinds of dwelling-houses in Mianzhu City were damaged at different degrees.By the analyze the finished works in building safety app-raisal of the damaged houses in Mianzhu City and correlative regulations,the seismic damage and its causes were summarized.Mainly there are four kinds of typical structure: masonry structure,concrete frame structure,multi-story masonry structure with bottom-frame,and multi-story masonry structures with partial bottom-frame.Treatment principles of several key problems were discussed and a brief building appraisal example was given.All of these can provide a for building appraisal and strengthening design of damaged buildings in the earthquake.
