海洋平台隔振结构限位器设计

摘要
为了保证海洋平台隔振结构在罕遇地震下的可靠性,避免隔振层导油管破裂而造成经济损失,利用锥形形状记忆合金阻尼器和摩擦阻尼器对其进行限位,基于结构振动控制理论分析了在罕遇地震作用下的减震效果及限位效果,分析结果表明锥形形状记忆合金限位器能对平台隔振结构进行有效地限位,限位效果好于摩擦阻尼限位器.锥形形状记忆合金阻尼器还具有自复位、多向耗能的优点,可较好地满足采油工艺要求.
In order to ensure the reliability of ocean platform isolation structure under severe earthquake to avoid the break of oil tube,the cone shape memory alloy(SMA) restrainer and frictional restrainer are presented.The control effects and restraint effects are analyzed for ocean platform isolation structure subjected to severe earthquake based on control theory.The analysis results show that the cone SMA restrainer can effectively restrain the displacement of isolation layer,and the SMA restrainer is better than the frictional restrainer. Meanwhile,the SMA restrainer has advantages of self-ecentering and multidirectional energy dissipation,and can satisfy the demands of oil extraction technics better.
