摘要

在综合研究评估汶川地震灾后灾民安置点的火灾风险、灾区的经济技术水准、拟采用防火措施的可行性并预测风险后果的基础上,参照相关消防技术规范提出了适度的、可操作的防火技术措施,以"组织灾民自防自救"为指导思想,创新了灾民安置点的消防安全监督管理模式。
The fire risk of makeshift sites,economy level of disaster area and feasibility of fire protection measures to be used were estimated after earthquake in Wenchuan.Based on the evaluation of consequence of risk,consulted with fire protection codes,feasible measures of fire prevention were put forward.A new Model of fire protection supervising and management was made which guiding ideology is "organizing the victims into self-save".
