地震医疗救援中野战医院护理人力资源的管理

摘要
2008年5月12日我国四川汶川发生地震后,我院在都江堰组建了野战医院,在护理人员短缺、工作生活条件恶劣的情况下,我们根据不同时期收治病员的伤情特点调整工作重点,完成了大量的医疗护理工作。笔者在此对野战医院护理人力资源管理存在的问题及对策进行了总结,认为只有以人为本,建立科学、灵活的人力调配机制,才能迅速落实各项救护措施,确保地震救援工作的顺利进行。
A military field hospital was built in Du Jiangyan soon after the earthquake happened in Sichuan Province at May 12,2008.Despite shortage of the nurse staffing as well as serious working and living condition,we performed a large amount of medical and nursing work.We adjusted the current work according to the situation of hospitalization of the wounded in different stages to ensure the efficient running of medical rescue.The problems in the management of nursing resources were summarized and relative strategies were carried out.We recognize that a human-based,scientific and flexible manpower policy is vital for enaction of nursing implementation.
