以野战医院为依托的国际医疗救援合作

摘要
阐述印度尼西亚海啸、地震及巴基斯坦地震的医疗救援经验,探讨通过以野战医院为依托,在野战医院功能辐射区域内共建医疗急救站、实时的救援信息交流,合作进行卫生防疫,恢复卫生所、基层医院以及大型医院救治功能,培训医务人员等方式,巩固加强各个救援队之间的合作,提高灾后国际医疗救援水平。通过加强国际医疗队合作,可以充分发挥野战医院的功能,发挥各救援队的医疗优势,有效利用医疗资源,加快灾区医疗体系重建。
The experience o f the international medical assistance team dispatched from the General Hospital of Chinese People's Armed Police Force in the international medical assistance to the earthquake and tsunami victims in Pakistan and Indonesia was summarized and the ways to strengthen the cooperation among various rescuing teams was discussed.It can be concluded that international cooperation in medical assistance is depended on the field hospital,including exchanging medical assistance information in a timely and fast manner,jointly conducting sanitation and anti-epidemic activities,resuming the treatment functions of clinics,grass-roots hospitals,and hospitals at higher ranks,and training medical workers.By strengthening cooperation among various international rescue teams,it is possible to bring into full play the function of the field hospital and the advantages of each team,effectively use medical resources,and speed up the reconstruction of medical systems in the disaster-stricken areas.
