孔隙阀式磁流变阻尼器准静力分析

摘要
建立了孔隙阀式磁流变阻尼器的轴对称模型,推导了孔隙阀内磁流变液压力梯度方程。对Herschel-Bulkley模型的磁流变阻尼器压力梯度进行了数值求解。应用代数方程理论,得到了Bingham模型的磁流变阻尼器压力梯度的解析解。最后,结合算例计算了孔隙阀内磁流变液的流速分布及阻尼器的阻尼力。
In order to predict the force-velocity behavior of a magnetorheological(MR) damper with a hole duct valve,a quasi-static axisymmetric model of was built based on the Herschel-Bulkley and Bingham models,the pressure gradient equation was derived. For the Herschel-Bulkley model,the pressure gradient equation was solved numerically,and for the Bingham model,the analytical solution of the pressure gradient equation was obtained by using the algebraic equation theory. An example of simulation was presented to predict the velocity profile of the MR fluid through the hole duct valve and the damping force.
