网架在造船工业工程中的应用研究

摘要
本文通过江南造船厂西区装焊车间大跨度屋盖网架的设计研究,对传统的平面钢格架及其支撑系统同新颖的网架空间体系进行了比较;论述了网架结构的合理尺度及网架结构的形式;在造船工业大跨度工业厂房屋盖体系中,在大吊车荷载作用下,三层网架比双层网架受力更为合理,更为经济;并对网架结构采用的计算程序以及计算中考虑的荷载工况、不同的网架形式进行了计算比较;对在大吊车水平荷载作用下网架结构支承节点构造同墙架节点联接设计等提出了新的节点形式;以及对大跨度工业厂房中,纵向高低跨封墙提出了新的做法。
Through the design and research of the large span space frame roof of Western District As-sembly and Welding Shop of Jiangnan Shipyard, this paper compares the conventionaI steel planetruss structure and its bracing system with the advanced space grid structure, it discusses the ra-tional scale and aspect of the behavior of space grid structures. In the case of large span space gridroof structure of factory buildings in shipping industry with heavy-duty cranes, the load-bearingof the triple layer grids is more rationa1 than that of the double layer grids as the former is moreeconomical than the latter. In this paper, the adopted software for analyzing space frame struc-tures, the load cases considered in analysis, and the different aspects of the behavior of spaceframe structure in such design have been introduced. In the case of horizontal load exerted byheavy-duty cranes, this paper presents some innovative designs for joints, including the support-ing joint connecting space frame and column, as well as the joint connecting space frame and wallframe. At the same time, it introduces a new construction method for filling wall in the longi-tudinal high-low bay in large space industrial factory buildings.
