摘要

以道路交通安全公认的三大因素———人、车、路为前提,依据系统工程学原理,确定了道路交通安全评价的指标体系,采用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,对交通安全的影响进行模糊综合评价,并给出了算例。
The factors such as people,vehicle and road that affect road traffic system are very complex and fuzzy.In this paper,the index system of road traffic safety evaluation was established according to systematic engineering theory,and the evaluation index weight was confirmed by Analytical Hierarchical Process(AHP).And finally,the example was given for illustration.
