形状记忆合金在结构振动控制中的应用研究

摘要
基于Ti-51at%Ni形状记忆合金(SMA)丝材料性能试验,以结构振动控制理论为依据,针对框架结构剪切型变形的特点,在框架柱反弯点附近设置SMA被动拉索控制装置,分析其控制原理和规律,利用有限元软件检验其控制效果。结果表明,在柱反弯点处设置SMA被动拉索控制装置可对结构地震响应进行有效控制,因此在结构振动控制中具有广阔的应用前景。
Based on the material testing of Ti-51at%Ni shape memory alloy(SMA) and theory of vibration control,a SMA passive tendon system is set around inflection point of column of frame construction to suppress its earthquake response.Furthermore,the vibration-suppressed effect is verified and the control efficiency of this SMA passive tendon system is studied by time history analysis.The results obtained demonstrate that setting a SMA passive tendon system around inflection point of column of frame construction is capable of significantly reducing the seismic response of the structure.Hence its application prospect in vibration control of frame structure appears to be highly promising.
