建筑抗连续性倒塌的结构设计对策探讨

摘要
大量事实表明,在灾难面前,许多建筑由于结构整体性差,"抗倒塌能力"不足而垮塌。我国现行结构设计规范和标准基本上没有关于"抗倒塌设计"方面的内容。在参考国外抗倒塌设计方法的前提下,介绍连续性倒塌的概念,设计方法,并结合我国现行结构设计规范,提出了现阶段具有可操作性的结构抗倒塌设计对策。即通过间接设计法加强结构系统的整体性,增加结构的延性、连续性和冗余度,以及构件之间可靠的连接,达到避免建筑倒塌目的。此外,从结构选型、结构布置、细部构造等方面提出结构连续性倒塌的防止措施,以供参考。
A large number of facts show that in the face of disaster, by reason of poor structural integrity and capacity of anticollapse, many buildings destroyed. Chinese current norms and standards for structural design have almost no information on "anti - collapse design" aspects. Under the premise of referring to foreign anti-collapse design methodology, this paper ptresented the concept of progressive collapse, design methods. Combined with the structural design of the existing norms in our country, put forward some operational structural design measures of anti - collapse at this stage. That is, through indirect design approach to enhance the integrity, ductility, continuity and redundancy of structure, as well as reliable connection between components to avoid the collapse of building. In addition, from the aspects of type selection, arrangement, and details of structure etc, put forward some prevention measures of progressive collapse for reference.
