辽宁省地震安全基础数据库与技术平台系统

摘要
本文讨论了辽宁地震安全基础数据库与技术平台系统,该成果是在辽宁省十五、十一五项目工作成果的基础上,集成了辽宁省现有的地震安全基础信息数据,以ArcGIS 9.2为软件平台,进行的项目建设,该项目的实施将为各级政府和相关部门履行防震减灾社会管理和公共服务职责奠定基础,同时大大提升我省整体综合震害防御能力。
This article discusses the earthquake safety database and technology platform-based system of Liaoning Province.This systems are based on the work results of the Tenth Five-year and Eleventh Fiveyear project,Integrated the existing basic information data of earthquake safety of Liaoning Province,utilizing ArcGIS 9.2 as a software platform to carry out the project construction.The implementation of the project will make basis for all levels of government and relevant departments carrying out earthquake disaster mitigation functions of social management and public service,while also greatly enhance our province defense earthquake damage capabilities as a whole.
