某聚乙烯脱气仓塔架的地震响应计算分析

摘要
化工设备塔作为特殊的塔架结构主要用来支承大型工艺设备,工程设计中常将设备简化为等效荷载进行计算,但是这种简化跟实际情况有所不同。本文针对某96m高的聚乙烯脱气仓塔架建立了模拟设备的整体模型与等效荷载模型,通过对两种模型模态分析、地震反应谱和时程响应分析,其结果表明模拟设备的整体模型能真实反应设备荷载的分布但对整体结构刚度并无贡献,结构的内力响应比等效荷载模型更大。分析结果对今后此类结构设计具有参考价值。
The chemical tower as a special kind of tower is used to support heavy equipment,and usually the equipment would be simplified to equivalent load in design which is completely different from the real situation. to the real situation.Taking a 96m high degassing tower as a sample,the equipment were built in two methods: modeling the actual shape and replacing with equivalent load.Compare the mode analysis with response spectrum and time history.the results show that modeling the equipment can exactly reflect the equipment load distribution,but the equipment would not contribute the stiffness to structure,and hence the corresponding force is larger than equivalent load model.The analysis result can provide a certain reference value for the future design of such kind of structure.
