摘要

介绍了江苏省地震应急指挥系统的基本框架和主要功能。该系统采用VC + +和MapInfo公司的控件产品MapX作为主要开发工具 ,实现了地震应急自动触发、震害预估、辅助决策、地震宣传和相关查询服务等功能 ,是一个较实用的GIS应用系统
The basic framework and main functions of the Jiangsu Earthquake Emergency Commanding System is outlined. The system has adopted VC++ and MapX, a control made by the MapInfo Company, as main development tools and has realized a number of functions such as automatic triggering of earthquake emergency, preliminary estimation of earthquake damages, auxiliary decision-making, earthquake propaganda and related query service etc. It is a rather practical applied system of GIS.
