摘要

针对屋面防水的重要性,对屋面渗漏水产生的原因和治理维修方法等方面进行了分析研究,得出解决已建房屋屋面渗漏水问题的方法,以达到降低屋面渗漏率,减少返修,节省开支的目的。
According to the importance of the roof waterproof,the author carries out the analysis and research of the cause and the treatment method of the roof leakage,obtains the method to solve the roof leakage of the buildings, to reduce the roof leakage rate,reduce the rework and save the cost.
