摘要

作为一个典型的中国式危机管理案例,汶川地震期间的网络舆情危机治理,对于当前我国各级政府"有效管理互联网",科学治理网络舆情无疑具有普遍的借鉴意义。汶川地震时期的网络舆情危机治理效果表明,只有高扬以人为本的价值理念,秉承理性、平和、包容的态度,采取沟通对话的"治理"方式而不是关堵封闭的"控制"方式,才能有效引导网络舆情的良性发展。
As a typical Chinese-style crisis management cases,the network public opinion during the Wenchuan earthquake crisis management,for the current governments at all levels of "effective management of the Internet",Science and Governance Network of public opinion is no doubt the meaning of universal reference.Wenchuan earthquake in public opinion during the crisis management network effects showed that only highlight the theme of people-oriented values and ideals,adhering to a rational,peaceful,tolerant attitude and take communication and dialogue between "governance" approach,rather than closed off block "control" approach to effectively guide the network the sound development of public opinion.
