摘要

从黑龙江省地震系统具体情况和“十五”黑龙江省数字地震观测网络系统建设两方面考虑,进行了VoIP的技术系统的设计,对黑龙江省地震系统现状及需求进行了综合分析,并给出了具体的解决方案。本VoIP技术系统设计对其他省地震局扩展“十五”地数字震网络的增值应用起到了一定的借鉴作用。
In the paper, the design of VoIP technology system is given. The real situation of seismic network system and the building of observation network system in Heilongjiang Province during “the tenth five-year plan” are considered. The demand and situation of seismic system in Heilongjiang Province are analyzed. Meanwhile, A solution of VoIP plan is given here. The design can be useful for seismological bureau of other provinces in “the tenth five-year plan”.
