摘要

针对在防灾减灾工作中发挥重要作用的城市公园绿地的特点,分析其现状规划中存在的不足之处,并有针对性的提出对于近远期防灾公园绿地规划建设的重点、建设指标等,旨在为哈尔滨市防灾避险型城市公园绿地规划提供借鉴。
According to the features of the grass lands of urban parks which are important for the emergency and disaster-prevention parks,the paper analyzes the shortages in the planning,and points out main points and construction indexes for the grass land planning and construction in short and long terms accordingly,so as to provide some reference for the grass land planning for the emergency and disaster-prevention parks in Harbin.
