摘要

分析工程机械液压系统油液污染与故障的关系，通过对污染控制来提高设备的可靠性，并将计算机技术应用于故障诊断和分析中，对提高工程机械设备可靠性具有理论和实际意义。
This paper analyses the relationship between the oil contaminate of construction machinery and equipment hydraulic system and its fault.The reliability of equipment can be improved by controlling their contaminate level.Computer technology is applied to the fault diagnosis and analysis.There is some theoretical and practical velue to improve the reliability of construction machinery and equipment.
