130t/h燃油锅炉空气预热器腐蚀原因探讨及预防对策

摘要
中国石化股份有限公司九江分公司Y 1 30 / 39型燃油锅炉空气预热器存在着严重的腐蚀问题。通过对近几年中、高温段空气预热器频繁出现大面积腐蚀穿孔的原因分析 ,得出中、高温段腐蚀并不是新问题的出现 ,实质上仍然是低温露点腐蚀逐步上移造成的。并从运行和选材等角度提出了减缓空气预热器低温露点腐蚀的对策
Y-130/39 type oil-fired boiler air preheater in SINOPEC Jiujiang branch company existed serious corrosion.By means of analyses on corrosion perforation at large area frequently occured on medium temperature,high temperature section,obtained that was not a new problem.In fact,it was caused by low temperature dew point corrosion rised up step by step.Some measures for retarding low temperature dew point corrosion of air preheater was given from the fields of operation and material selection.
