摘要

汶川大地震发生后,医院感染管理科作为医院抗震救灾的重要职能科室,主要职责是预防和控制院内各种疾病暴发和流行。医院感染管理科根据地震灾害和地震伤员的具体情况,做好临时医疗病区的医院感染组织管理、场地管理、伤病员管理、消毒灭菌、隔离、监测报告、预防控制、指导及督查等职能工作,完善落实各项医院感染管理工作制度,确保了抗震救灾救治伤病员的医疗质量和医疗安全。
During the course of Wenchuan earthquake,hospital infection management department played a very important role in the prevention and control of the outbreak of various diseases in hospital.According to the specific circumstances and the wounded,hospital infection management department was responsible for the sterilization,insulation,monitoring,precaution and the organization of patients.When all hospital infection management measures have been well carried out,it can assure the medical quality and security in handling the wounded.
