摘要

"5.12"汶川大地震使处于震中的映秀镇城镇视野区1681.7hm2林地均受到不同程度的影响,其中崩塌、滑坡等次生灾害造成511.3hm2林地毁损,542.7hm2林地受到严重影响,生态环境遭到极大破坏,森林植被的生态服务功能显著降低,区域生态安全和经济社会可持续发展受到极大影响。本文针对映秀镇视野区生态植被毁损实际情况,提出了生态植被恢复原则和封山育林、人工造林、崩塌(滑坡)体绿化等生态植被恢复重建措施,以期加快映秀镇生态植被恢复重建,改善人居环境,推进灾后恢复重建工作。
1681.7 hm2 of forest land in visible zone of Yingxiu Town has been affected seriously in "5.12" Wenchuan Earthquake.To be mentioned,511.3 hm2 of forest land has been destructed by the collapse and landslides and 542.7 hm2 of forest land has been seriously affected."5.12" Wenchuan Earthquake has severely destroyed environment,significantly reduced the ecological services and greatly affected regional ecological security and sustainable economic development.Based on the situation of the vegetation destruction in the visible zone of Yingxiu Town,this paper proposes the principles of the vegetation restoration and relevant measures including closing off hillsides for forest conservation,afforestation,landscaping of collapse and landslides and so on,in order to fasten the vegetation restoration,improve the living conditions and promote post-earthquake reconstruction in Yingxiu Town.
