大批地震伤员长途转运的护理体会

摘要
总结611例地震伤员长途转运的护理体会。转运前做好充分准备工作,转运途中加强心理护理、安全护理、病情观察、基础护理及到达终点前的准备,到达目的地后迅速有序转送至各大医疗机构救治,可提高地震灾难伤员长途转运的安全性及救治成功率。
This paper summarized the nursing experience of long distance transportation of 611 wounded patients caused by earthquake.The key points to ensure the patient safety and increase the success rate of rescue were making careful prepara-tion before transportation;enhancing psychological nursing,safety nursing,illness observation and basic nursing during trans-portation;Making good preparation before arrival and sending the patients to medical institutions rapidly and orderly.
