摘要

就白城市引嫩入白供水工程可行性研究从工程任务和规模、环境影响评价及投资估算等进行了分析论证。最后得出结论即本工程风险不大土地复垦项目建平灌区工程在经济上是合理的。
This paper made the analysis and discussion on the feasibility of the water supply project of diverting water from the Nenjing to Baicheng City from the task,environmental impact assessment and investment.Finally,it got the conclusion that the risk of this project was little and the land reclamation project Jianping irrigation project was reasonable in economy.
