活塞蓄能器式管路阻尼器的仿真分析

摘要
管路阻尼器常用于管路系统,具有较低的冲击位移和低速阻力。建立一种新型活塞蓄能器式管路阻尼器的数学模型,在此基础上,分别改变活塞与缸体之间密封间隙、缸体直径、节流阀尺寸及液体黏度,对其低速阻力和正弦负载响应进行仿真。结果表明,密封间隙、缸体直径及液体黏度对阻尼器的低速阻力及正弦负载响应活塞位移有一定的影响。
Piping damper is usually used in the piping systems which has a lower impact displacement and low speed resistance.The mathematical model of a new kind of piping damper of piston accumulator type was built.Based on the mathematical model,the dynamic performance about the low speed resistance and sin-wave load response were simulated through varying the clearance seal between piston and cylinder block,the diameter of cylinder,the throttle valve size and the viscosity of the oil.The simulation results indicate that the clearance between the piston and cylinder block,the diameter of cylinder and the viscosity of the oil have certain effects on the low speed resistance and sin-wave load response.
