三维倾斜钢管柱结构的制作与安装

摘要
结合实际工程,总结了三维倾斜钢管柱的制作和安装方法。采用计算机的CAD\CAM辅助设计系统对倾斜钢管柱建立三维模型,确定几何下料尺寸。利用相贯线切割机可以直接割出圆柱的多管相贯线,同时开出焊接坡口方便了后期施工。钢管柱通过塔式起重机和汽车吊采用分节安装的方法进行安装,安装时从两个方向各架设1台经纬仪以控制钢管柱外壁标记点的投影在地面作出的相应标记点上。钢管柱接口的焊接采用了平面上从中部对称地向四周扩展的焊接顺序,保证了焊接的质量。
Based on real project,the method of manufacture and installation of three-dimensional slantwise steel tube poles is summarized in the paper.The CAD/CAM assistant design system is adopted to build 3D model and decide geometrical dimension of components.Multi-bulb intersecting lines of column can be cut directly by using CNC cutting machine,and groove welding is prepared for expediently execution later.A method of segment installation is applied to fix tube pole by tower crane and auto-crane.In order to control the dot which is signed on steel tube exterior project to corresponding dot on the ground,a theodolite is set in each direction.In order to ensure quality,the weld of interface of steel tube pole should be executed from middle of plane to circumambience.
