摘要

针对注塑机炉温的闭环自动控制实现问题,提出了一种模糊预测控制算法。通过鲁棒性较强的模糊控制策略与改善系统动态性能的预测控制相结合,实现了炉温的闭环自动控制,达到了注塑机炉温控制的要求,提高了生产效率。
A fuzzy predictive control algorithm was proposed for closed loop automatic control of stove temperature of injection mould. By using the fuzzy control with robust property and predictive control which improves dynamic response of control performance, the closed loop automatic control of stove temperature is realized to meet the temperature control requirement. Also it enhanced the productivity.
