城镇抗震规划初探

摘要
以5·12汶川地震震中映秀镇为例,从规划的角度总结了在本次地震中所暴露的安全问题,并探讨了城镇抗震规划应当采取的相应措施,以使城镇在大灾中能最大程度地保障人民生命安全。
Take Yingxiu,the epicenter of 5·12 Wenchuan earthquake for example.Those safety issues revealed by this earthquake are summarized from the planning point of view,and the measures that should be taken accordingly in the seismic planning of cities and towns are discussed,for the purpose of securing people's lives to the largest extent in the face of disasters.
