渤海海峡跨海通道地震安全性评价探讨

摘要
辽东半岛、山东半岛间的岛链是中国东部大陆架后部翘起的部分,郯庐断裂带的切割把此大陆架与大陆部分分割开来,大陆架向东倾没海中,郯庐带下沉.渤海海峡跨海通道的西侧有郯庐带,此带是一条强震发生断层,强震频繁,最大达8.5级,给未来通道造成一定的地震影响,所以通道的设计和施工应防范于未然.强震发生断层有一定宽度并分界明显,断层内外地震动峰值加速度差异甚大,地震烈度差异可达2—3度或更高.跨海通道是一条生命线工程,对通道的设计,地震动参数的采取应用确定性方法,为跨海通道工程建设提供翔实依据.
The island chain between the Liaodong Peninsula and Shandong Peninsula is an uplifted part of the continental shelf of eastern China.The Tanlu fault zone separates this shelf from the mainland of China,which subducts toward east into the sea,while the Tanlu fault zone is sinking.West of the planned Trans-strait Passage of the Bohai Strait,the Tanlu fault is highly active with frequent earthquakes which can reach 8.5 in magnitude.Thus the design and construction of this trans-strait passage must consider the earthquake hazard.The seismogenic fault has a certain width and clear boundaries.The possible peak accelerations of seismic ground motion are quite different inside and outside the fault,and their seismic intensities may differ as much as 2—3 degrees or more.The trans-strait passage is a lifeline engineering.Fortunately,it is about 40km away from the Tanlu fault zone.It is better to use the deterministic method to evaluate the seismic motion parameters in the design of the passage.
