摘要

基于开源三维地理信息系统框架World Wind,设计了堤防管理信息系统的体系框架及功能模块,提供了二三维信息辅助平台以及减灾决策分析工具,为堤防管理提供服务,可供水利水电行业其它地理信息系统的设计提供参考。
The architecture and functional modules of the dike management system based on three-dimension GIS named World Wind is designed.It can provide two and three dimen sional platform and decision analysis tool for disaster reduction to serve the dike management effectively.It can also provide a reference for the design of other three-dimensional GIS system in Hydro&Power industry.
