南昌大学前湖校区体育馆钢筋施工技术

摘要
江西省南昌大学前湖校区体育馆拥有国内最大跨度非预应力钢筋混凝土桁架,设计钢筋用量大、接头较多、施工工期紧且安装精度要求高。结合该工程特点和难点,对钢筋工程施工技术进行改进,解决了一系列施工难题,其中包括基础承台与桁架节点钢筋施工,上下弦杆和腹杆交叉节点钢筋施工,腹杆钢筋定距框定位,腹杆植筋,钢筋锚固等。
Nanchang University Qianhu Campus' Stadium in Jiangxi province has the longest span of non-prestressed reinforced concrete truss,which has features of large quantity steel bars,numerous joints,short construction period and high precision requirement for installation.Combining with the characteristics and difficulties of this project,reinforcement construction technology is improved,which includes the joint reinforcement construction of foundation platform and truss,reinforcement construction of intersection joint of upper and lower chord and web member,location of fixed distance frame for web member reinforcement,planting bars for web member,reinforcement anchorage,and so on.
