基于整体风险分析法的地震荷载作用下地下管道易损性评估

摘要
地下管道的易损性评价是生命线地震工程风险评价体系的重要研究内容.基于整体风险分析法构建地下管道评估模型,进行致灾因子筛选,建立管道风险评估图,最终获得地震荷载作用下地下管道易损性估计值的计算公式.并对海城及丽江地震中的地下管道进行实例验证,评价结果与实际情况有较好的一致性,能有效地解决地震中地下管道易损性的综合评价问题.
The vulnerability assessment of underground pipelines is significant for risk assessment system of lifeline anti-seismic engineering.Established an assessment model as a catastrophic factor sieving tool based on the holistic risk analysis approach and the pipeline risk assessment diagram as well,and combining with statistics-based forecasting tools,obtained a underground pipeline vulnerability estimating cacutation formula under the seismic loads.The proposed model was preliminarily verified by the pipeline behaviors checked in Haicheng and Lijiang earthquakes.And the study results were in good agreement with the fact.It may scientifically offer suggestion to government for disaster relief.
