利用压电智能骨料对混凝土结构损伤的识别研究

摘要
通过试验验证利用压电陶瓷(如PZT)智能骨料对混凝土结构在静力荷载作用下进行健康监测的有效性。通过在混凝土结构中预埋智能骨料作为作动器和传感器,发射和接收检测信号,应用基于小波包能量参数的损伤判定方法,对结构的健康和损伤信号能量进行对比和分析,确定损伤指数(RMSD)。试验结果表明:利用PZT智能骨料能够有效地对混凝土结构在静力荷载作用下的损伤状况进行实时监测,并利用所提出的方法进行损伤的初步判定。
The effectiveness validation of damage detection for concrete structures was focused under static loading by using piezoelectric smart transducers such as PZT patches.The PZT patch was firstly embedded into a small volume of concrete to make a smart transducer after curing,and then embedded into an appointed position to be used as actuator or sensor to emit or receive signatures.Based on Wavelet Packets energy method,an index of the root mean square of deviation was used to evaluate the damage information by compare of the energy change between the health and damaged signals.The experimental results show that applying the PZT smart transducer can effectively detect the damages of concrete struc-tures under static loading and the developed method can primarily be used in the damage evaluation.
