转换层位置对高层建筑结构地震反应影响的研究

摘要
介绍了转换层结构的概念及国内外对转换层结构位置的研究现状,阐述了转换层结构分析的两种方法:振型分解反应谱法和动力时程分析法,运用这两种方法举例分析了转换层位置对结构自振周期、振型、地震反应力及分布等地震反应的影响,最后提出应按照规范要求限制转换层的设置高度,并适当加强转换层上下一至两层竖向构件的截面及配筋设计的建议。
The concept of the transfer story and the present research situation of the location of the transfer story both at home and abroad are briefed in the paper, with the response spectrum analysis method and the direct dynamic analysis method expounded. The influence of the location of the transfer story on structural seismic responses is analyzed by the two methods in an example, with its influence on structural natural vibration, vibrating patterns, seismic response strength and distribution and so on analyzed, and corresponding measures suggested, by which it means that the height of the transfer story should be determined according to the specifications, in which case the section of the vertical member between two transfer stories should be properly enlarged and the lay-out of reinforcement should be strengthened accordingly.
