基于ANSYS的平面闸门流固耦合振动特性的有限元分析

摘要
应用有限元振动分析方法对我国新疆某大型农业水利工程倒虹吸出口平面闸门的固有振动特性进行计算与分析。建立了平面闸门的实体模型和有限元模型,考虑流固耦合对闸门结构动态特性的影响,分析了平面闸门在无水和有水状态下的动态特性,计算得到闸门的前6阶固有频率及其振型。结果表明,闸门开度对其自振频率有着显著影响,在小开度时第1阶固有频率下降达到28.5%,沿竖直方向的整体振动的模态频率接近20 Hz,因此,为了提高闸门的第1阶固有频率,必须对闸门结构进行改进。
Against the background of the vibration problem of the plane gate in the inverted siphon exit of the large-scale hydraulic project in Northern Xinjiang,the natural vibration characteristic of the plane gate was studied using ANSYS.The entity model and finite element model were built.With the fluid-solid coupling,the natural characteristics of the gate with or without water condition were analyzed.The first six natural frequencies and their vibration modal shapes of the gates were calculated.The result showed that the water height has a significant impact on the natural frequencies of the plane gate,the first natural frequency was reduced to 28.5% and the structure of the plane gate must be improved.
