运用损害外科控制技术救治地震多发创伤体会
摘要
目的探讨损害控制技术在救治地震多发创伤中的作用。方法回顾性分析运用损害控制技术救治43例地震多发伤患者的救治方法和临床效果。结果43例严重多发创伤患者全部成功救治,35例重返工作岗位,7例生活自理,其中1例尚需进一步的清创和植皮手术,其他伤员均已完成确定性手术。其中一名被压96小时的女护士成功获救。结论损害控制技术在地震多发创伤救治中取得理想效果。
