摘要

目的探讨医务人员的合理调配对批量伤员救治效果的影响。方法在我院救治的地震伤员共400例,将医务人员合理调配前(5月12日)救治的208例作为对照组;医务人员合理调配后(5月13日)救治的192例作为研究组,分析比较医务人员调配前后地震伤员的救治效果。结果两组间伤员的年龄、性别、受伤部位、伤情比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。人员调配后,地震伤员的早期死亡率、接受救治的时间、检查的时间,危重伤员从来院到接受救治的时间等,研究组显著低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理的人员调配能提高批量伤员的救治成功率,降低早期死亡率。
Objective To investigate the effect on batch wounded remedy results by arranging medical personnel reasonably.Methods A total of 400 earthquake patients were admitted in our hospital,in which 208 cases before reasonable personnel arrangement were taken as control group,the others treated after reasonable personnel arrangement were taken as study group.Results There was no statistically significant difference in age,sex,injured parts and injury condition between them,but early death ratio,receiving remedy time and receiving examination time were significantly lower in study group.Conclusion We could improve the achievement ratio of batch wounded and decrease the early death ratio through arranging medical personnel reasonably.
