质量管理审核专家系统(QMA—1)研制

摘要
在我国,人工智能专家系统的应用成效卓著,而将此技术用于管理领域尚属首例,为了总结审核专家的知识和经验并使用户共享,提高质量管理审核的科学性和有效性,特研制质量管理审核专家系统。在简要介绍质量管理审核专家系统(QMA-1)研制过程的基础上,着重讨论了系统结构、模块设计、推理策略等专家系统研制中的主要课题,根据质量管理审核知识、审核过程、审核目标等方面的特点确定设计思想和系统结构,研究并实现系统模块,运用审核路径及目标节点的推理策略与评价推理策略相结合的方式模拟专家审核过程,通过“黑板”及审核结果模块完成审核意见的标准化输出。
The expert systems have been wildly used in China. But there are only few cases involved with AItechnoledge in the management areas. A quality management auditing expert system summerized withthe knowledge and experence of auditing experts was developed so that the users can use these knowl-edge and improving the effectiveness of quality management auditing. Briefly indroducing the developing process of the Quality Management Auditing Expert System(QMA 1),this paper focuses on the system structure design,the modul design,and the inferencestrategy design. The creativeness of this paper is shown in the following aspects:the designing methodolodgy and the system structure are determined based upon the characteristics of the knowledge of qual-ity management auditing,the auditing procedure and the auditing targets; the inference strategy usingauoliting path and target node combined with the evaluation inference strategy were employed to simu-late the experts' auditing procedure;the blackboard and autiding result modul were used to give thestandard outputs
