摘要

对剪力墙结构工程施工图设计文件审查过程中经常遇到的一些问题归纳为五个方面:剪力墙结构的规则性和地震作用计算;结构计算的合理性;剪力墙截面设计的一些构造要求;结构嵌固端和底部加强部位;底部加强部位边缘构件的设置要求等。并分别提出了处理方法和需要注意的地方。此外着重对结构平面凹凸不规则、结构扭转不规则、计算参数的合理取用、连梁超筋处理等问题作了较为详细的阐述。设计人员可从中总结经验以提高设计质量,保证结构的安全合理性。
Some common problems often met in the shop drawing checking of shear wall structure are analyzed,which are divided into five aspects;the rules of the shear wall structure and seismic calculation;rationality of structural calculations;construction requirements of shear wall cross-section design;partial fixing and reinforced part at the bottom;requirements for edge member at reinforced part at the bottom.The treatment methods are put forward.In addition,plane concave-convex irregularity,torsion irregularity,reasonable calculation parameters,treatment for over-reinforced coupling beam,and so on,are elaborated.Some experiences can be summarized to improve the design quality and guarantee the structure safety.
