地震受害者的检验及临床意义
摘要
目的分析地震灾害中受伤种类、主要致死原因及检验的临床意义。方法利用国家政府部门及媒体在报纸网络新闻中报道的地震范围、建筑物倒塌、人员受伤、及救治情况、追踪国外相关地震文献资料分析,分析了检验医学在地震灾害所致人员受伤救治中的作用。结果地震中受伤患者除挤压综合征外还有其他重要脏器的损伤、骨折、感染、休克等。针对此类创伤开展相应的检验学检查。结论检验及快速检验设备对地震所致伤害的诊断和治疗效果评估有重要价值。
