上海莲花河畔景苑7号楼整体倾覆原因分析

摘要
基于结构概念设计理念和土木工程施工原理,从工程地质情况、预应力管桩基础、南侧基坑开挖降水和土体压力差等方面分析上海莲花河畔景苑小区7号楼整体倾覆的机理和主要原因,提出板式高层住宅应设置地下室、应采用正确的施工程序等经验和教训。
Based on structural design concept and civil engineering construction principle,the mechanism and primary reasons for the integral collapse of Shanghai Lotus River Garden No.7 Building are analyzed on various aspects,such as engineering geological conditions,prestress tubular pile foundation,excavation and water level lowering in the south foundation pit and pressure difference of soil,etc.It is proposed that basement shall be set in flat-type high-rise residential buildings and correct construction procedures shall be adopted.
