大型火电厂纵向消能支撑框架结构1/8比例模型拟静力试验研究

摘要
对一6层7跨的大型火电厂主厂房纵向消能支撑框架体系1/8比例模型进行了拟静力地震反应试验,较详细介绍了模型的设计过程,介绍了水平加载和竖向加载情况及测试内容和方法,研究和比较了地震作用下三种情况的破坏过程、塑性铰出现的顺序及滞回性能,计算了耗能系数.试验结果表明,消能支撑框架体系具有较好的抗震性能,耗能系数达到5.25,耗能效果优于普通框架.试验分析还表明,消能支撑框架模型结构的破坏主要集中在底层,即底层是模型结构的薄弱层.故建议在今后的研究和应用中,应对结构的刚度分布和消能支撑的性能分布进行优化,以使结构的塑性发展比较均衡,抗震性能更为优越.最后对这种模型结构的抗震性能进行了评价,并提出了设计建议.
The reinforced concrete frame model of a 1/8 scale with energy-dissipation braces for a longitudinal system of 6-stories and 7 spans main workshop of a major thermal power plant has been tested under the pseudo-static loading. In this paper,the design of the model is introduced.Also,the horizontal loading and vertical loading,tested items and methods are shown.The failure process,sequence of the formation of plastic hinges,hysteretic performance under three conditions are investigated and compared.Then,coefficient of energy-dissipation is calculated.Test results show that the frame model with energy-dissipation braces have better ductility than common frame.In addition,the analysis indicates the damage of the frame model with energy-dissipation braces concentrates on the ground floor,namely the weak floor.It is proposed that the distribution of structural stiffness and performance distribution of energy-dissipation braces should be optimized so as to obtain balanced plasticity and superior seismic performance.Finally,the seismic behavior of this structure is evaluated and suggestions are proposed for improving the seismic behavior and energy-dissipation.
