汶川地震后的思考

摘要
基于汶川地震的惨痛教训,论述了抗震设防标准与规范的修订、建设监管服务体系的全面覆盖、政府建设管理力度的加强、抗震设计、施工、城中村改造和既有建筑普查、抗震加固与节能改造等问题。
Based on the painful lessons of the Wenchuan Earthquake,this apper discusses the problems of the revision of the seismic fortification criterions,the complete coverage of the construction supervision service system,the strengthening of governmental administration,the seismic design,construction,the transformation of the urban villages and the general survey of existing buildings,seismic strengthening schemes,,and the energy sawing modification,etc.
