摘要

以国家电子政务外网规划为标准,为某地震重灾县编制县级电子政务外网建设方案,目标是建成规范、统一的全县电子政务外网和安全系统,覆盖四大班子、各政府部门和所辖乡镇,以提高政府部门的工作效率,降低行政成本,具有明显的经济和社会效益。
The National E-government Extranet planning as the standard for the preparation of county-level Extranet building programs,the goal is to build a standardized,uniform E-government Extranet and security system,covering the four major groups,government department and under the jurisdiction of the township,in order to improve the efficiency of government departments,reduce administrative costs,possessing obvious economic and social benefits.
