玉溪地震减灾信息系统研究—GIS在地震减灾中的应用

摘要
在以往的研究中, 地震学家对地震灾害的分布规律做过大量工作, 然而灾害时空分布的分析主要停留在传统的图表描述上。随着计算机技术和地理信息系统的应用, 地震灾害的时空分布的分析方法在不断发展。人们可以利用 G I S 所具有的功能和地震灾害的特点,实现地震灾害空间信息的存贮、管理、检索、统计分析、自动制图和建立灾害的评估模型等, 使地震灾害时空分布规律的研究向深层次发展。本文阐述了玉溪地震减灾信息系统的作用、功能、主要内容、创新、特点, 以及应用举例。
In the past studies, seismologists have done a lot of work on distribution of seismic disasters. However, the analyses of time-space distributions of seismic disasters were restricted on traditional description of maps and tables. With the development of computer and application of GIS, the analyzing technique of seismic disasters has been continually developed. People can use the special functions of GIS software and features of seismic disasters to conduct information storage, management, searching, statistics and mapping, as well as setup assessment model of disasters, which make the studies of time-space distribution of disasters be deepened. In this paper, the uses, functions, major contents, new points and features, as well as application have been discussed.
