网架螺栓节点球数控加工自动编程软件的开发与应用

摘要
针对基于正交合成分度方法的螺栓节点球数控加工技术,介绍了在Microstation CAD软件支撑下,采用交互式图形输入方法,实现网架螺栓节点球数控加工自动编程的基本过程。探讨了基于Microstation的加工单元几何信息提取的方法,并在实践中得到应用。
In accordance with the technology of NC machining bolted sphere nodes of frame works, that is based on orthogonal compound dividing angle method, a basic course of developing a auto - programming software is recommended, it is based on Microstation CAD software and adopts geometric figure inputting method. And the method of how to get graphic data of the workpiece's machining position on computer with the design desktop of Microstation is also discussed in this paper.
