摘要

探讨了人与自然和谐相处的含义,认为从人类改造自然的能力有限性出发,人类必须同时运用适应自然和改造自然两手段去应对自然.如何恰到好处地运用这两种手段,以达到人与自然和谐相处的景界,正是工程策划中的核心问题.通过防洪工程、调水工程和地震工程等实例说明这一观点.
This paper deals with the meaning of harmonious coexistence of human being and the nature.Because of limitation of human ability in reform of nature,it is necessary to use both of adapting means and reform means to cope with the nature.It is the key issue to use adequately the two means to reach the harmony of human being and the nature.In the paper the flood engineering,water-transfer engineering and earthquake engineering are discussed as three examples to explain the author's point of view.
