摘要

借鉴国内外先进经验,根据地震灾害发生时人们紧急避难的要求,提出了我国城市绿地防灾避难功能建设的策略与方法。
From the advanced experiences at home and abroad,according to the requirement of emergency evacuation at earthquake disaster,the strategies and methods of giving attention to both the disaster prevention and reduction functions of China's urban green land were put forward.
