双代号分级网络图的优化布置和自动绘图

摘要
利用项目的工作分解结构及组织分解结构，提出了把工程项目网络图分层分级编制及布图的方法和对网络图粗化及细化的原则和方法。总结了在双代号分级网络布图及计算机绘图方面的研究成果。同时也提出了单独提取某个局部网络图以及该局部网络在总网络中所处环境的表示方法。在此基础上开发了分级网络软件（Ｈｎｅｔｗｏｒｋ１．０）。分级网络方法不仅能反映项目工作分解结构及组织分解结构的特点，而且能满足项目多级管理的需要，有推广使用价值。
By analyzing the project’s work breakdown structure (WBS) and organization breakdown structure (OBS), the authors raised a way to design and arrange project network diagram by levels and grades, and further proposed the general principles and methods to simplify and complicate the network diagram. This paper embodied achievements of the authors’ research in hierarchial activityonarrow network and computer aided design.The authors also put forward the way to extract certain subnetwork, describing its surroundings in the general network diagram. A software (Hnetwork 1.0) of hierarchial network was developed based on these methods. The concept and applying methods of the grade network diagram purposed in this paper can not only reveal characters of both project’s WBS and OBS, but also satisfy the requirements of project management in levels and grades. It is of value to be promoted for wide applications.
