摘要

介绍了目前我国建设工程造价管理的现状 ,分析了造价管理中存在的问题 ,并对今后工程造价管理改革提出了设想 :健全法规制度 ,规范市场各方面的行为 ,推广限额设计 ,招投标中采用工程量清单进行计价 ,工程管理以合同管理为中心 ,实行全过程监理 ,使我国造价管理更好地与国际惯例接轨
This paper gives an account of the status quo of the control of construction project cost, analyzes the existing problems, and also puts forward a suggestion about its reform. The reform comprises perfecting legislation and rules, standardizing actions in the market, practicing line design, counting the cost by using the bill of engineering load in the process of inviting and submitting bid, supervising the whole process of the project taking contract management as the core. All these contribute to our country's construction cost control to be in better accordance with international practice.
